What They Wanted
They wanted a professional logo and Website. They needed to project professionalism and trust, eco-friendliness, and a clean modern aesthetic. They also wanted to generate leads from the Web and track their site's effectiveness.
What We Did
We created a logo that is clean, modern, and conveys a homebuilder that is focused on environmental-friendliness.
We created a color scheme pulled from nature, with greens and blues that project a clean, pure, and contemporary feel.
We designed the Website to be dramatic, with a splashy home page image slideshow. We groups the pages into 2 menus to differentiate between their services and the other site pages (contact, about, etc.).
Custom features that we created included an animated slideout tab/link to the Estimate Request form that stops sliding down once the visitor submints a request. We also created one-click links on the About page for viewing their license and bond profiles directly from the state agencies' Websites (the Websites normally requires visitors to click several times to search for the company's profile).
We also did SEO on the content and meta tags to make sure they get the highest search engine ranking for their target customers' search keywords.We setup a Google Analytics account for analyzing site traffic and estimate request submissions.
