What They Wanted
A marriage and family therapist wanted to focus on couples counseling with a new business name, logo, Website, letterhead, and business cards. He wanted his Website and marketing materials to focus on his unique approach to counseling, and to reflect warmth, substance, integrity, class, respect, and professionalism.
What We Did
Created business identity
First, we helped him choose an appropriate business name and Website domain name. Next, we created logo options that would convey to potential clients the warm, professional image that was desired as well as appeal to his target audience.
We also created a color palette that would communicate a calm, warmth, and professionalism.
Created Website and marketing materials
We worked with the client to organize the main areas, navigation, and features of the Website with a view to easily adding more features as his business grows. We located appropriate stock photos that would impress upon the viewer the potential results of couples counseling.
In addition to pages about the client and his services, the Website included these features:
- Site-wide search
- Informative articles, written and managed by client.
- Email newsletters sent to visitors who signup to receive the newsletter. Client can create and send newsletters.
- List of workshops with an option to pay online. Client can manage list of workships himself.
- Downloadable office forms and policies
- Map to business location
- Testimonials from satisfied clients
We also created letterhead and business cards that coordinate with the logo and color scheme to have a consistent business identity.
Results
The client now has a business identity and Website that will grow with his unique service.
