RufusTech had us create a complete online portal to manage all of their work orders, invoicing, and time tracking. To keep their system secure, we added a 2-factor authentication field to their login form. Employees install the Google Authenticator app on their phone and scan a QR code to setup their account. When they login to the portal, they are required to check their phone and enter the current passcode. This helps RufusTech to closely control access to their system and protect their customer's valuable information.
