RufusTech has us create a Web-based portal to manage all of their billing and scheduling. The system automatically emails customers a summary of their account, including prepaid balance and invoices. And the system automatically emails customers to remind them of upcoming scheduled on-site maintenance. Not only does this save the employees tons of time, but it keeps customers informed and prevents misunderstandings.
