RufusTech had us create a Web-based application for their invoicing, payments, and employee time tracking. We made a feature where they select invoices, click a button to copy the invoice data to the clipboard, and then paste it into Quickbooks to import the invoices. It automatically creates summary items that map to the Quickbooks categories. After it imports successfully, they click a button to mark the invoices as exported. This saves them several hours each month and reduces errors.
